ELM knows we are all feeling the impact of the current situation in our country as everyone responds to the Coronavirus and is doing what is necessary to ensure the health and well-being of their employees and customers. We want to assure you all that we will continue to be here to get your employees paid on time. While we are currently operating business as usual, we do have the capacity to work remotely if necessary.
If you currently have employees who are receiving a live check we will continue to print those and get them delivered. We do encourage them to utilize the direct deposit option if they have an account where we can deposit their paycheck. Alternatively, we do have a Skylight Card program that they can enroll in which enables us to deposit their pay to a check card. Please contact your Payroll Coordinator if you have employees interested in either of these options.

Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act
The Paycheck Protection Program prioritizes millions of Americans employed by small businesses by authorizing up to $349 billion toward job retention and certain other expenses.
Small businesses and eligible nonprofit organizations, Veterans organizations, and Tribal businesses described in the Small Business Act, as well as individuals who are self-employed or are independent contractors, are eligible if they also meet program size standards.
ELM is pleased to announce a new opportunity to provide identify theft coverage for you and your employees with LifeLock. LifeLock provides wide-ranging monitoring and alerts, making it useful if you don’t have the time or desire to monitor your own credit and other accounts for suspicious activity. We think you’ll agree that this an inexpensive way to provide a protection to you and your employees. Please see attached for enrollment packets to be given to all full and part time employees. The cost of the employees elected plan will be deducted from the employees first check of the month each month.
