With our “benefits-assist” option we can help collect, reconcile and pay premiums, as well as handle terminated employees’ benefits such as COBRA.
We can also track your employees’ eligibility for benefits and send them the needed information once they meet the criteria, as well as answer any questions they may have and help them set up their benefits. When employees leave the company, we can also handle the termination process.
When we manage your benefits, we also offer a Christmas Club savings account which allows employees to put aside a specified amount per paycheck that they will receive in full by Thanksgiving — no interest or fee required.
