ELM now offers Employee and Manager Harassment Training designed to help organizations create respectful, compliant, and professional workplace environments. These instructor-led classes provide practical education on recognizing, preventing, and properly addressing harassment in the workplace. These courses also support compliance with employment laws and internal company policies.
Harassment training classes are held monthly at ELM’s offices. Sessions take place at the Mobile office on the first Wednesday of each month and at the Summerdale location on the third Wednesday each month. Employers may register individual employees for a scheduled class, or request on-site training at their location for larger teams or customized instruction.
This training is appropriate for both employees and management. We cover key topics like workplace conduct expectations, reporting procedures, retaliation prevention, and employer responsibilities. By providing clear guidance and real-world examples, ELM’s harassment training helps organizations reduce risk, improve communication, and foster a safer culture.
